Evergreen Community - Elizabeth Shumpert Heard, 91, passed away Thursday, July 17, 2025, at North Mississippi Medical Center Inpatient Hospice after an extended illness. Services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Pine Grove MB Church with Pastors Greg Pegues and Phillip Blackman officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Grove MB Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11AM until service time Saturday, July 26, 2025 at Pine Grove MB Church. Mt. Veron Chapel is honored to be assisting the family during this time.
