Susan Danice Little

Susan Danice Little, 60, passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS.

She was born on August 30, 1966, in Memphis, Tennessee, to the late Charles Clifton McCarty and Sylvia Anita Gibson Armstrong. Susan dedicated many years of her life working in customer service for APL Logistics in Memphis, TN.

Susan, affectionately known as Dani by her family and close friends, had a vibrant spirit and a deep appreciation for the outdoors. She loved going camping, cooking, and grilling, and she found great joy in music. Above all, she cherished the time spent with her family, playing her favorite game, Toon Blast, and caring for animals—especially her beloved dog, "Munchy Butt."

Susan's warmth, kindness, and love for life will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Susan is survived by her husband Adrian Diaz of Myrtle, MS; her daughter Brandi Chrestman of New Albany, MS; her sons, Brandon Chrestman (Jennifer) of Arkadelphia, AR and Kyle Little of Myrtle, MS; her grandchildren, Benjamin Hutcheson Jr. of Hickory Flat, MS, Emma Grace Willard of New Albany, MS and Madison Chrestman of Arkadelphia, AR; her sisters, Shari Gaskin (Wendell) of Warner Robins, GA and Christi Harness (JT) of Southaven, MS; her nieces and nephews, Nicki, Jon, Trevor, Shelby, Savannah, Laurel and Shaun.

She was preceded in death by her parents Charles Clifton McCarty and Sylvia Anita Armstrong.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2 PM, Thursday, October 15, 2026, at Mt. Vernon Chapel in Tupelo, MS, with Pastor Brent Welch officiating.
